Farmer's Markets are a great source of fresh, locally grown produce. Here is a list of farmer's markets found in Memphis!
Memphis Farmers Market- Located near the Central train station every Saturday (7am-1pm) from April to October. Live music, food trucks, kids' activities, and free dog sitting are available at MFM. Address: Central Station, S. Front Street at GE Patterson in the Historic South Main District, Downtown Memphis
Church Health Center Farmers Market- Tuesdays from 10 a.m. - 2p.m. Located at the Church Health Center's wellness area from June to October. Along with produce, there are food trucks and baked goods. Address: 1115 Union Ave, Memphis, TN 38104
Agricenter Farmer's Market- Located at Agricenter International and is Monday – Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. It lasts from May to October. The fruits and vegetables are sold in a big red barn shaped building and plants and flowers are sold outside.
Overton Park Community Farmers Market - From April to October, every Thursday, 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the East Parkway Pavilion. A variety of produce and items will be sold including fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, meats, baked goods, and arts/crafts.
Cooper-Young Community Market - This is a year round farmer's market every Saturday from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the First Congo parking lot. Along with the normal array of fruits, vegetables, and baked goods there are food trucks, coffee, and sometimes beer.
